3. Project Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation requests submitted before work begins may qualify for partial refunds subject to administrative and processing costs

  • Once project work, research, planning, development, campaign setup, or consultation has commenced, fees for completed work become non-cancellable and non-refundable

  • Clients remain responsible for all completed milestones, approved deliverables, and third-party expenses incurred before cancellation

If a project is canceled after commencement, the Company reserves the right to invoice for:

  • Time spent

  • Resources allocated

  • Third-party services purchased

  • Administrative expenses


4. Subscription & Recurring Service Cancellation

For subscription-based or recurring services:

  • Clients may cancel future billing cycles by providing notice before the renewal date

  • Cancellation requests received after billing renewal may apply to the next billing cycle

  • No prorated refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods unless required by law

Recurring services may include:

  • Website maintenance

  • SEO retainers

  • Advertising management

  • Hosting support

  • IT support subscriptions

  • Security monitoring plans


5. Digital Marketing & Advertising Services

For marketing and advertising services:

  • Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, or other networks cannot be canceled or refunded by the Company once submitted

  • Campaign management services may become non-cancellable after strategy development, campaign configuration, ad creation, optimization, or launch

  • Performance fluctuations, algorithm updates, platform suspensions, or advertising policy changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation with refund

The Company does not guarantee specific traffic, leads, rankings, conversions, or revenue outcomes.


6. Website & E-Commerce Development Cancellation

For development-related services:

  • Deposits and upfront payments may be non-refundable after project initiation

  • Custom development work, source code, graphics, designs, databases, configurations, and digital deliverables already created remain billable

  • Delays caused by the client do not automatically cancel contractual obligations

If a project remains inactive due to client non-responsiveness for an extended period, the Company may suspend or close the project without refund.


7. IT Support & Cybersecurity Service Cancellation

For IT support and cybersecurity services:

  • Emergency response, malware removal, diagnostics, and incident response services cannot be canceled once initiated

  • Ongoing support subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal cycle

  • Security-related monitoring or protection services may remain active until the cancellation request is fully processed

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted prevention of cybersecurity incidents or system failures.


8. Company-Initiated Cancellation or Suspension

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services without prior notice if a client:

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Engages in fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful conduct

  • Violates platform policies, including Google Ads policies

  • Uses services for prohibited or malicious activities

  • Fails to make required payments

  • Creates operational, legal, or security risks

  • Provides unauthorized or unlawful system access credentials

In such cases, refunds may be denied to the maximum extent permitted by law.


9. Abandoned Projects

Projects may be considered abandoned if the client:

  • Fails to respond for an extended period

  • Does not provide required materials or approvals

  • Prevents reasonable project progress

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Pause project activity

  • Archive project files

  • Reallocate resources

  • Close inactive projects without refund

Additional fees may apply for project reactivation.


10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact the Company directly before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Service termination

  • Legal recovery actions

  • Additional administrative fees

  • Collection procedures

The Company may provide contracts, communications, invoices, work records, and technical evidence to payment processors during investigations.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company’s liability relating to cancellations shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages

  • Service interruptions, third-party platform issues, algorithm changes, hosting failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events do not automatically create cancellation or refund obligations

  • FTC consumer protection standards
