Clients remain responsible for all approved advertising expenditures.


5. Website & E-Commerce Development Refunds

For website development and e-commerce projects:

  • Deposits and milestone payments may be non-refundable once work begins

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed milestones

  • Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required content, approvals, credentials, or feedback, do not qualify for refunds

  • Custom-coded, configured, or delivered digital assets are non-returnable

If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, the Company reserves the right to retain payment for completed work and hours incurred.


6. IT Support & Cybersecurity Services

Due to the immediate allocation of technical resources and sensitive operational nature of IT and cybersecurity services:

  • Emergency support fees are non-refundable

  • Security audits, malware removal, system diagnostics, and incident response services are non-refundable once initiated

  • The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted system security or prevention of all cyber threats

Clients remain responsible for maintaining lawful authorization for all systems submitted for support or security services.


7. Subscription & Recurring Services

For recurring or subscription-based services:

  • Clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing cycle

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of ongoing billing periods unless required by law

  • Failure to use subscribed services does not constitute grounds for a refund


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
