  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
• The services delivered do not match the agreed-upon scope of work as stated in the proposal or contract.
• A project has not yet started (no work or planning hours logged).
• You have requested a cancellation within 3 days of payment and before any work has begun.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, the following are non-refundable:
• Completed work, campaigns, or hours already spent on your project.
• Services involving paid ads, SEO, or third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads).
• Customized strategies, design work, or content already delivered.
• Subscription or retainer-based services after the current billing cycle has started.

  1. Refund Process

If your refund request qualifies:
• You must email support@nerdsnova.com within the eligible period, explaining the reason for your refund.
• Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

  1. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an ongoing project:
• Written notice must be provided to support@nerdsnova.com.
• You will be billed for all completed work and costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
• Any balance remaining (after deduction) may be refunded, if applicable.
